The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction Of A Stone Culvert With A Steel-Ceramic Plate. The Investment Is Located In The Zalewo Commune, On Plot No. 322, Dobrzyki District, Along The District Road No. 1194 In The Town Of Rąbity, Iława Poviat. For The Investment In Question, A Decision Was Issued To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment, Allowing The Implementation Of The Investment In Question. The Geotechnical Opinion Along With The Documentation Of Subsoil Tests Regarding Soil And Water Conditions For The Project Was Prepared By The Geological Plant Geol, Stanisław Guz, M.A., 10-685 Olsztyn, Ul. . Barcza 31/6 Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012 On Determining Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings, Simple Ground And Water Conditions Exist In The Examined Area. Based On The Above-Mentioned Opinion, A Culvert Was Used On A Crushed Aggregate Foundation. 0/31.5 (C50/30) 30 Cm Thick. The Foundation Should Be Separated From The Ground By Using Geosynthetics (Geotextile). The Existing Culvert Is Located At An Angle Of 90° To The Road. A Watercourse Flowing Through Plots 324/54 (Private Plot) And 323/7 Was Built Through The Culvert; 323/8 (Plots Of The State Treasury, Managed By Kowr). The Scope Of The Culvert Reconstruction Covers The Entire Plot 322. The Existing Structure Is A Culvert With Stone Abutments And A Steel-Ceramic Slab And Gauges: Vertical Gauge 206 Cm, Horizontal Gauge 264 Cm. There Are No Protective Barriers On The Culvert, Only Steel Balustrades Protecting Pedestrian Traffic. The Structure Of The Culvert Is In Very Poor Technical Condition, Probably During Works Related To Cleaning The Watercourse, The Wall Of The Culvert On The Zalew Side Was Damaged. The Demolition Of The Facility Will Be Carried Out Using Heavy Equipment. Demolition Will Begin With Securing Adjacent Areas And Watercourses Against Debris Penetrating Beyond The Impact Area. Then, The Steel And Ceramic Slab Will Be Dismantled, Followed By The Abutments And The Foundation Slab At The Bottom Of The Stream. After The Demolition Is Completed, Qualification Of The Demolition Materials Will Be Carried Out In The Presence Of The Supervisory Inspector. Materials Unsuitable For Reuse Will Be Removed From The Construction Site By The Contractor And A Protocol For The Disposal Of Demolition Materials Will Be Presented. The Structure Of The Facility Was Designed To Be Made Of Corrugated Sheets With An Arc-Circular Cross-Section And The Following Parameters: - Horizontal Gauge - 2.35 M - Vertical Gauge - 1 .73 M - Length Of The Culvert - 17.0 M - Angle Of The Intersection With The Road - 90O The Structure Of The Newly Designed Culvert Is Screwed Together From Corrugated Sheets With A Sheet Thickness Of 3.5 Mm, Creating A Closed, Arched-Circular Cross-Section With Dimensions Of 2.35 X 1.73. The Width Of The Designed The Surface Is Adapted To The Entire Section Of The Road And Is 5.5 M And Both Sides Are 75 Cm Wide, The Slopes Are Protected With Energy-Absorbing Barriers On A Length Of 2X68 M With N2w4 Parameters. The Above Parameters Allow For Collision-Free Road Traffic. Before The Inlet And Behind The Outlet, A 1.5 M Long Pavement Was Designed, Made Of Field Stone On C12/15 Concrete, Located On The Bottom And Slopes Of The Watercourse. Additionally, A 70 Cm Wide Band Was Designed Around The Cross-Section Of The Culvert. The Facility Was Located At The Inlet Side At An Elevation Of 102.80 M Above Sea Level And At The Outlet At An Elevation Of 102.63 M Above Sea Level. An Energy-Absorbing N2w4 Barrier With A Length Of 68 M Was Designed On The Culvert (Initial Section 12 M - Straight Section 48 M - Final Section 8 M). Before The Inlet And Behind The Outlet, A 1.5 M Long Field Stone Paving On C12/15 Concrete Was Designed, Located At The Bottom. And Slopes Of The Stream. Additionally, A 70 Cm Wide Band Was Designed Around The Perimeter Of The Culvert Cross-Section. As Part Of The Construction Of The Culvert, The Existing Bituminous Surface Along With The Substructures Should Be Dismantled And Reconstructed In Accordance With The Design Documentation. Designed Development Area: - 39.95 M2 New Culvert On Plot No. 322; - 200 M2 Access Road On Plot No. 322; The Works Will Be Performed When The Road Is Closed To Vehicular Traffic, A Temporary Crossing Will Be Created For Pedestrian Traffic. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: A ) Developing And Obtaining Approval Of A Traffic Management Plan For The Duration Of The Works, Installing Appropriate Signs For The Duration Of The Investment Period. B) The Construction Site And Facilities Should Be Organized In A Way That Ensures Economical Use Of The Area And Minimal Transformation Thereof, As Far Away From Residential Buildings As Possible, Respecting The Legitimate Interests Of Third Parties. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Damage Resulting From The Contractors Actions In The Adjacent Area Or Existing Infrastructure; C) Notifying The Network Operators Of The Intention To Start Work And Compliance By The Contractor/Subcontractor With The Terms Of The Agreement. After Completing The Works, Report For Acceptance; D) Permanent Marking And Traffic Safety Elements: Marking Of Permanent Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Approved Design, E) Permanent Surveying Service And Post-Construction Geodetic Measurement (3 Copies); Note: The Contractor During The Harvest Season ( Approximately July 15 - August 15) Will Take Into Account The Increased Traffic Of Agricultural Machinery And Will Enable Farmers To Use The Public Road During This Period.
