Physical Properties Of Swimming Pool Water Treatment Products Referred To In Section 3 Points 1) - 4) Must Enable Automatic Administration Of The Above-Mentioned Agents Through Water Treatment Stations. 8. All Packaging Of Swimming Pool Chemicals Must Have Labels In Polish With The Name Of The Product, Instructions For Use And Safety Of Use, Capacity And Production Date With Validity Period. 11. The Delivered Swimming Pool Chemicals Must Have An Expiry Date Specified In Detail In The Specification Of Chemicals (Appendix No. 1 To The Template Of The Agreement For Task 1).12. During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Hygienic Certificates Required By Law, Allowing The Offered Swimming Pool Chemicals For General Use. 13. The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Supplies Were Specified In Detail In The Contract Template For Task 1, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Annexes And Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described Therein.14. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products Wherever In The Procedure Documents It Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes A Given Product Delivered By A Specific Contractor.15. All Parameters, Including Technical, Operational And Operational Parameters Of The Products Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents.
