All Expression of Interest in duplicate, with the hard copies and soft copies (saved in CD-ROM), in a sealed envelope marked Invitation for Expression of Interest for the Supply and Installation of Automation Systems, Medication Dispensing for Caritas Medical Centre and North Lantau Hospital, Kowloon West Cluster, Hospital Authority (EOI Reference: KWC/A/123-23) must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the following address on or before 12:00 noon on 29 February 2024 (Hong Kong Time). If the EOI is to be submitted via a courier and a receipt is needed, please instruct the courier to contact the Tender Opening Committee Registry at Room 501, Block L, Princess Margaret Hospital, 2-10 Princess Margaret Hospital Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon before the courier deposits the EOI into the Tender Box.
