The cool roof material should have a high Solar Reflective Index (SRI), waterproofing properties and good longevity in small island and tropical climates. The cool roof material should be suitable for roofs that collect water for drinking. We seek enough LAM cool roof material to cover 40,000m2 of roof in Niue. We expect the delivery of cool roof material to Niue by June 2024 We expect that appropriate in-person/virtual training for the products storage, application, and maintenance will be provided with associated documentation.
