Tenders are invited for Construction Consultant A Myanmar National Professional education in technical diploma in Building & Civil Engineering on construction related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of working experience in a supervisory position, majorly in the building construction field, with skills in assessment, preparation of technical drawings, estimates, and supervision of construction sites. Working experience in development cooperation, such as international organizations, NGOs, and bilateral development agencies, will be preferred. Ability to work with local authorities, volunteers, and stakeholders Good English language skills, communication, and reporting skills Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in both Myanmar and English Ability to pay attention to detail and to solve problems Able to travel frequently to program sites with short notice
