In The Event Of Damage Or An Inappropriate Smell On The Delivered Goods - The Supplier Will Replace The Entire Batch Of Goods By 3 P.M. On A Given Day6. The Supplier Delivers The Goods To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At His Own Expense7. Delivery Includes Transport Services And Unloading At The Customers Place At The Place Indicated By The Person Receiving The Goods8. The Quantity Of Ordered Eggs Is Not The Final Amount And May Vary Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party In The Range Of Up To 10%. The Delivery Includes Transport Service In A Specialized Car (Refrigerated Or Isothermal) And Unloading At The Ordering Party. At The Place Indicated By The Person Receiving The Goods. The Supplier Is Required To: - Have A Haccp Production Certificate Or A Declaration Of Compliance With Haccp Conditions And An Expression Of Readiness To Undergo An Audit By The Other Party, - A Certificate Allowing The Vehicle To Transport Food At The Appropriate Temperature, - The Suppliers Health Booklet For Inspection With Each Delivery - The Vehicles Sanitary Book For Inspection With Each Delivery - Confirmation Of Current Veterinary Tests, - Complied With The Food Hygiene Rules Specified In The Provisions Of The Act.10.
