Tenders are invited for Design, Supply & Installation of a New Well Monitoring System at Waha Oil Company Oil Field Wellhead Locations about 250 Km South of Brega City Waha Oil Company (WOC) intends to float a tender for the design, supply & installation of a New Well Monitoring System at Waha Oil Company Oil Field Wellhead locations about 250 km south of Brega city, according to the brief Scope of Work mentioned below on a turnkey basis. Scope of Work (in Brief): The Project encompasses Engineering & supply of new RTU/PLCs, Cabinets, interface with SCADA, etc. The scope includes the supply of remote well monitoring system in all fields to monitor the wells, fully integrate via OPC link with the existing SCADA (Infusion by Schneider Electric), for indication and control from the respective production stations. The new RTU/PLC at each Well to interface with wellhead control panel, pressure, and flow transmitter at each well, and communication equipment to transfer the data to/from centralised SCADA and HMI workstations. The RTU/PLC shall be housed in suitable enclosure with the required interface for wireless communication with centralized SCADA. The scope includes design, manufacture, supply, and commission all the required system cabinets with all necessary accessories.
