A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In The Technical And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Consists Of: 1) Bill Of Quantities: A) Scope Marked A B) Scope Marked B C) Scope Marked C D) Scope Marked D E) Scope Marked E F) Signage 2) Design: A) Permanent Traffic Organization B) Technical C) Land Development 3) Stwior4 )Building Permit Of June 12, 2023.5) Amending Construction Permit Of November 10, 2023, Constituting An Annex To The Swz. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Requirements And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works And Their Compliance With The Technical And Cost Estimate Documentation, The Contract, Technical Specifications, Explanations To The Swz And The Ordering Partys Instructions, Including The Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector. The Technical And Cost Estimate Documentation Attached To The Swz And All Additional Documents Provided To The Contractor Constitute Part Of The Contract, And The Requirements Specified In At Least One Of Them Are Binding On The Contractor As If They Were Included In The Entire Documentation. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Arrangements In Individual Documents, The Following Order Of Validity Applies: 1) Technical Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications, 3) Bills Of Quantities, 4) Swz Together With Explanations And Introduced Modifications, 5) Contractors Offer, 6) Agreement, 7) Material And Financial Schedule. The Ordering Party Has Provided An Estimated Remuneration. The Calculated Price Should Include All Necessary Costs Of Completing The Subject Of The Order. The Description Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities Cannot Be Modified. The Sequence Of Works, Their Numbering And The Number Of Works Must Be Maintained As In The Bill Of Quantities. If The Contractor Divides A Cost Estimate Item From The Bill Of Quantities Into Two Or More Cost Estimate Items, Their Numbering Must Also Be Maintained As In The Bill Of Quantities With The Addition Of Subsequent Letters Of The Alphabet. The Contractor Will Calculate The Price Of The Works In The Cost Estimate By Multiplying The Adopted Unit Value By The Number (Multiple) Of The Adopted Bill Of Quantities Units. The Sum Of All Cost Estimate Items Will Constitute The Offer Price. Each Cost Item Should Have A Calculated Unit Price. Notwithstanding Any Limitation Suggested By The Description Of Each Bill Of Quantities Item, The Contractor Must Clearly Understand That The Amounts Quoted By Him In The Estimate Constitute Payment For Work Performed And Completed In All Respects. The Contractor Is Deemed To Have Taken Into Account All Requirements And Obligations And To Have Priced The Bill Of Quantities Appropriately. Therefore, The Amount Must Include Various Risks Related To The Need To Construct, Finish And Maintain All Works Related To This Task.
