Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor And A Slurry Tanker

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New: Agricultural Tractor With Power From 110 Hp To 115 Hp And A Slurry Tanker With An Actual Capacity Of Not Less Than 6,050 Liters For The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Free From Physical Defects, 2) It Should Have All The Permits For Use And Marketing Authorization Required By Law, 3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Training Of Staff In The Use Of The Supplied Equipment, 4) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With At Least A 24-Month Warranty For The Offered Equipment (I.E. Agricultural Tractor And Slurry Tanker), 5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Free Warranty Repairs At The Place Of Stay Equipment. The Repair Will Take Place Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification, However, In The Event Of Significant Defects, This Deadline May Be Extended After Obtaining The Consent Of The Ordering Party. The Contractors Response Time To A Service Request Will Be No Longer Than 12 Hours. 6) The Contractors Offer Price Must Include Warranty Inspections, 7) The Delivered Agricultural Tractor Must Be Equipped With, Among Others: In: A) Certificate Of Approval In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, B) Warranty Card, C) Factory Operating Manual For The Agricultural Tractor Along With A Spare Parts Catalog In Polish Along With All Documents Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Tractor By The Ordering Party, D) A Set Of Keys In The Number Supplied By The Manufacturer, E) Service Book, 8) The Delivered Slurry Tanker Must Be Equipped With, Among Others: In: A) Warranty Card, B) Factory Operating Manual For The Slurry Tanker Along With A Spare Parts Catalog In Polish, Along With All Documents Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Slurry Tanker By The Ordering Party, C) Service Book, 9) The Contractor Must Have All The Documents Necessary For Registration Vehicles, 10) The Contractor Should Have At Least One Authorized Service Point Providing Parts Deliveries And Post-Warranty Service, Located Within 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 11) The Tractor Must Be Adapted To Be Stored Outdoors Or In An Unheated Garage (I.E. Closed Rooms - Ventilated, In Which The Use Of Own Or External Heat Sources Is Not Expected).12) The Tractor Is Intended For Work Related To Emptying Household Tanks For Liquid Waste And Household Sewage Treatment Plants. As Well As For Municipal Works Maintaining Cleanliness And Order, Transport Of Materials, Partial Renovations, Winter Maintenance Of Roads. The Tractor Is Not Intended For Commercial Use Or Agricultural Work.
