The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Study: Review And Diagnosis Of The Current State Of Palliative Care In Poland, As Well As A Review And Analysis Of Telemedicine Solutions Available In Poland And Other Eu Countries As Part Of The Project Reducing Social Inequalities In Health Through The Use Of Telemedicine And E- Health Implemented Under The Health Program Co-Financed By The Norwegian Financial Mechanism For 2014-2021. 2. The Department Of Innovation At The Ministry Of Health Is Implementing A Project Co-Financed By The Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 And The State Budget, Which Is Intended To Contribute To Reducing The Costs Of Medical Procedures, Reducing The Burden On Patients And Increasing The Availability Of Medical Services. It Focuses On The Development Of Telemedicine Models By Polish And Norwegian Experts In 7 Areas: Cardiology, Geriatrics, Psychiatry, Diabetology, Chronic Diseases, Obstetrics And Palliative Care, Which Could Expand The Catalog Of Telemedicine Procedures Covered By Public Financing And Increase The Level Of Use Of The Potential Of Telemedicine In Poland. 3. The Study Is Intended To Be Used To Prepare A Comprehensive Report In The Field Of Palliative Care, Taking Into Account The Possibilities Of Using Telemedicine And E-Health Solutions, And To Contribute To The Dissemination Of Knowledge In This Area And To Encourage The Use Of These Solutions In The Field Of Palliative Care. The Study Will Also Present Innovative Solutions And Good Practices In Health Care In The Area Of ​​Telemedicine And E-Health On Examples From Poland And Other Eu Countries. Specific Objectives: A) Proposing Innovative And At The Same Time Optimizing Solutions For Use In The Field Of Palliative Care. B) Presenting The Interpretation Of Data Available In Reports, Analyzes And Other Polish And Foreign Sources. C) Spreading Knowledge About Available Solutions And Tools In The Field Of Palliative Care. D) Presentation Of Good Practices Developed So Far And The Benefits Of Telemedicine In Palliative Care. E) Raising Awareness Of Activities In The Field Of Health Care Financed By The Norwegian Financial Mechanism. 4.
