Tenders are invited for Mobile Money Agent and Merchant Training The purpose of this assignment is to improve the knowledge and skills of mobile money agents and merchants of an MNO in South Sudan. The focus of this project is to directly reach out to the market with five key objectives: 1) Increase brand awareness and loyalty. 2) Ensure all agents are engaged and updated with the platform and new services. 3) Build an MTN MoMo agent/merchant community by allowing agents to network and exchange market insights. 4) Increase competition amongst agents/merchants by creating a certification system for attending and contributing to the training events and; 5) Collect feedback from the market; discuss common issues facing agents/merchants; and potential mitigations/solutions for the market.
