Tenders are invited for Marketing and Customer Acquisition - MNO South Sudan - Great Upper Nile IFC is seeking to recruit a firm to implement marketing and customer acquisition services for an MNO in South Sudan running a mobile money service in the Great Upper Nile Region of South Sudan. The firm will work in close collaboration with the MNO team based in Juba; South Sudan; and the IFC Project Leader and resident advisor; based in Mozambique and Juba respectively. The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
