The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Educational Complex Of The Public Primary School And Kindergarten. Maria Firlejczyk In Sichów Duży For A Nursery. The Building Is Located On A Plot Marked With Geodetic Number 183/2 In Sichów Duży And Is Owned By The Rytwiany Commune. Some Of The School Rooms (Backroom, Storage Room, Exercise Room) Will Be Rebuilt Into Nursery Rooms (Nursery Department Room, Recreation Room, Toilets, Cloakroom). The Order Includes, Among Others: - Bricking Up Window And Door Openings, Carving A Door Opening In The Load-Bearing Wall, - Construction Of Partition Walls, - Construction Of Water And Sewage, Electrical And Central Heating Installations, Installation Of Smoke Detectors, Emergency Evacuation Lighting, - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection, - Renovation Of The Access To The Building. Note: The Equipment Of Room No. 1 Included In Chapter 2 Of The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Order. The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active School Facility. 2. The Scope Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Including: - Construction Design, - Bill Of Quantities - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Technical Expertise Regarding The State Of Fire Protection - Resolution Of January 18, 2024 Of The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service. The Scope Of The Order In Question Also Includes: 1) Surveying Services, Including The Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory, 2) Other Necessary Works Guaranteeing Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order3) Reporting The Completion Of Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspector On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
