The TREC Alliance is a partnership between NZTA and KiwiRail with construction firms Downer, Fulton Hogan and Higgins. TREC is seeking Contractors and Materials suppliers to join its Physical Works Panel. This will be an open panel and suppliers may be added and removed from it over the life of the programme. We last advertised this panel in October 2023.
