Tenders are invited for Improvement to Kothore Digar Satana Malegaon Chalisgaon Pachora Shendurni Pahur Wakadi Road SH-19 Km 183/600 to 219/200 Taluka Jamner District Jalgaon All Advance Contracting and Retroactive Financing will be Undertaken in Conformity with Adb Procurement Policy (2017, as Amended from Time to Time), and Procurement Regulations for Adb Borrowers (2017, as Amended from Time to Time) Using Adb Standard Bidding Documents. While Advance Contracting is Part of the Normal Procedure, Approval of Advance Contracting and Retroactive Financing does not Commit Adb to Approve the Loan or to Finance the Project Costs. If Retroactive Financing will not be Approved for the Project, Contracts Procured under Advance Action Will be Signed after Loan Effectiveness. The Proceeds of the Proposed Loan are Intended to be Used for the Procurement of the following Open Competitive Bidding Procedure.
