Tenders are invited for Improvement of SH 219 from NH 753-F Ganori Chowka-AnjandohLadsawangi Km 54/000 to Km 82/600 (Part Chowka to Ladsawangi Length 28.60Km) and SH 215 BhakarwadiLadsawangi - Karmad Km 35/900 to Km 58/000 (Part-Bhakarwadi to Karmad Length 18.10 Km) Taluka and District-Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar All Advance Contracting and Retroactive Financing will be Undertaken in Conformity with Adb Procurement Policy (2017, as Amended from Time to Time), and Procurement Regulations for Adb Borrowers (2017, as Amended from Time to Time) Using Adb Standard Bidding Documents. While Advance Contracting is Part of the Normal Procedure, Approval of Advance Contracting and Retroactive Financing does not Commit Adb to Approve the Loan or to Finance the Project Costs. If Retroactive Financing will not be Approved for the Project, Contracts Procured under Advance Action Will be Signed after Loan Effectiveness.
