Construction-Site Supervision Services – Replacement New Construction Of Steinwerder Kai-New Construction Of Quay Wall 1.Ba: Local Construction Supervision And Safety And Security Services During The Construction Phase. The Stability Of The Steinwerder Quay Was Examined As Part Of A Condition Assessment. The Static Proof Of The Quay (Built Between 1912 And 1919) Could Not Be Provided Over A Length Of Approx. 756 M. During The Metrological Monitoring Carried Out Since 2010, Horizontal Movements Towards The Water Side Have Been Detected. Due To This, Operational Use For The Tenant Company B+V Was Largely Suspended. Hpa Is Currently Planning To Build A Replacement Quay Wall On Steinwerder Kai With A Total Length Of Approx. 756 M. In The First Construction Phase, The Approximately 350 M Long Western Part Of The Affected Old Quay Is To Be Replaced With A New Building. The New Quay Wall Should Continue To Support The Existing Hws Wall On The Land Side (Built In 1976), So That Its Condition Remains Unchanged. The Planning Is Carried Out Using The Bim Methodology. In Addition To The Creation And Maintenance Of Bim Models, Conventional 2D Plans Are Derived. The Three Enclosed Draft Plans And The Following Description Provide An Overview Of The Construction Project. A Combined Steel Sheet Piling Wall Will Be Placed In Front Of The Existing Quay Wall As A Water-Side Bank Wall. It Is Currently Planned To Insert The Foundation Elements By Ramming Or Shaking, If Necessary With Additional Measures Such As Reaching Out To Clear Obstacles. The New Quay Wall Is Anchored Back Using Drilled Micropiles - Here Specifically Using Jet-Jet Piles, Which Are Guided Through Core Drillings In The Old Structure. Wet Dredging Work For Sand Filling And Cavity Lining In Front Of Or Under The Old Quay Wall Contributes To The Creation Of Safe Construction Conditions. The Old Quay Trough Area Will Be Excavated And The Old Quay Wall Will Be Partially Demolished. The Landside Foundation Of The New Quay Is Carried Out Using 2 Rows Of In-Situ Concrete Bored Piles, Which Are Planned To Penetrate The Approximately 3M Thick Old Concrete Structure And The Wooden Pile Foundation. Various Additional Measures Are Required During The Foundation Work Due To The Suspicion Of Residual Explosive Ordnance. The New Seamless Reinforced Concrete Superstructure Consisting Of A Quay Slab, Quay Head And 2 Crane Runway Beams For The Extension Of The Existing 8M Crane Tracks Will Be Founded On The Bank Wall And The Two Rows Of Bored Piles. The Existing Cervical Wall Is Currently Supported At Approx. Nhn +2.0M Against The Existing Quay Wall. The New Support Is Being Built In Sections, Following The Construction Process Mentioned Above, In A Pilgrim Step. The Planned Upper Edge Of The New Quay Wall Is Approx. +5.60 M Above Sea Level, The Calculation Base Is -13.52 M Above Sea Level And The Front Dimension Is Approx. 5.5 M. The Quay Wall Will Be Equipped With Equipment Based On The Hpa Sample Sheets, Such As Edge Protection, Quay Ladders, Barge Holders At 4 Heights, Rubbing Strips On The Supporting Elements And Bollards With Tear-Off Anchors. It Will Also Be Equipped With An Earthing System. The Free Space Between The Quay Head And The Krahnbahn Beam On The Water Side Is Provided With Lengthways
