The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Technical, Design And Cost Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions And Authors Supervision Of The Task Titled Reconstruction Of The Hospital Emergency Department Of The Spwsz In Szczecin Into The Location Arkońska 4 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of A Special-Purpose Subsidy Granted For The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Modernization Of Telecommunications Infrastructure, Retrofitting And Reconstruction Of The Emergency Department And Retrofitting The Diagnostic Laboratory Cooperating With The Emergency Department At The Spwsz In Szczecin In The Location Arkońska 4. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 257 Pzp, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded To It.
