Expression of Interest are invited for Promoting Adoption of Modern Data Hosting and Cloud Computing in Cameroon, CAR, Gabon and Nigeria. The World Banks Digital Development Global Practice is seeking consultancy services to support the governments of four countries in improving their existing data-hosting environments and data-governance practices and promote the adoption of modern data-hosting approaches, including the latest cloud computing technology, as necessary. The consultancy will design a methodology for assessing existing government data hosting and cloud technology adoption environments, implement country assessments based on the methodology and formulate recommendations for improvement of data hosting and cloud adoption environments in Cameroon, Central African Republic (CAR), Gabon and Nigeria.
