1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As The Investors Supervision Inspector During The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Road (Surface) Of Zygmunta Starego, Ksi cia Witolda, Mieszka I, Kr lowej Bona And W adys awa Jagie o Streets In Jonkowo. The Scope Of The Investment Includes, Among Others: 1) Earthworks, Demolition Of The Existing Aggregate Surface, Drainage, 2) Construction Of The Substructure For Bituminous Surfaces, 3) Reconstruction Of Intersections Of Individual Residential Roads, 4) Construction Of Bituminous Surface Of Residential Roads With A Length Of Approximately 985 M And A Width Of 3.5 M With Passing Areas. 5) Construction Of Exits To Individual Plots, 6) Construction Of Roadside Surfaces With A Width Of 0.75 M From Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate. 7) Finishing Works: 8) Strengthening Of Slopes By Topsoil And Sowing With A Grass Mixture, 9) Planting The Surfaces Of Slopes Of Excavations And Embankments, 10) Vertical And Horizontal Adjustment Of Wells And Valves, Laying Of Protective Pipes 11) Installation Of Information Boards In Accordance With Art. 38(4) Of The Act On The Government Road Development Fund, With The Application Of The Information Obligation Specified In Art. 38 Section 1 Of The Act And The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Carrying Out Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds (Journal Of Laws, Item 953). 12) Installation Of Traffic Safety Devices In Accordance With The Permanent Traffic Organization Project.
