The Property Is A Four-Story Building Built Around 1860 For Commercial Use. The Building Is A Historical Monument. The Property Is Undergoing Extensive Energy-Saving Renovations And Is Empty. The Existing Wooden Single And Double Box Windows Need To Be Comprehensively Renovated In Terms Of Their Wood And Fittings. To Improve Energy Efficiency, The Single Windows And The Inner Sashes Of The Double Box Windows Receive Vacuum Glazing And A Milled Lip Seal. The Windows Are Delivered Deglazed On Site For Carpentry Work Due To The Use Of Putty Containing Aspest. Painting The Windows Is Not Part Of The Tender And Is Carried Out On Site.
