The current system that services this information collection and management is not fit for purpose. Were seeking to update our existing Covenant, Contact and Activity management system to a functional, modern system. We are seeking enough information to take a business case to our board to determine a suitable approach. This involves: Determining the software components required and how they would integrate, based on our requirements of the system. Determining potential vendor and product combinations. Understanding a high-level implementation plan to take us from our current state to our desired future state. Understanding an estimate of the cost involved for an implementation project, product licensing, and ongoing support. Were seeking sufficient information for us to present a business case to our board, with potential approaches for a database update project.
