Contract # 9907 Wellington ITS Field Maintenance and Renewals Contract # 9908 Wellington Region Traffic Signals Maintenance The tenders are expected to be advertised in February 2024, with the contract period of 5 years for both. The contracts require suppliers to have a depot based within Wellington or its surrounding areas. New suppliers to the region will need to provide a plan for how they would establish themselves within a fixed mobilisation period. The plan should detail how they would secure a suitable depot site and the resources needed deliver this contract. Suppliers will be able to tender for either or both as individual contracts as well as the option of submitting a combined tender for both contracts. A combined tender should include any detail around efficiencies achieved, availability of technical staff and any other relevant information which would show benefits of a combined contract to the Principal.
