Tenders are invited for Trainer/Consultant to Provide Comprehensive Trainings on Various Courses Scope of Work Interested Trainer/Consultant should Select to Apply for at Least One or More of the Abovementioned Training Courses in Which They have Expertise and are Confident to Provide Training To Our Experienced Staff. 4. Timeframe All the above Training Courses are Expected to be Provided as Soon as Possible after the Agreement Signed by Both Parties. 5. Deliverables Trainer/Consultant will Conduct the above Training(S) Need Assessment (Tna), Review Existing Resources, Develop a Curriculum with Detailed Course Outline and Training Materials including Handout and Books, and Train 15 25 Heifer CambodiaS Staff Members and/or Guests from Heifer CambodiaS Agricultural Cooperatives (Acs). Specifically, the Trainer or Consultant Tasks are Outlined as Follows: O Meet with Heifer CambodiaS Representatives to Receive Briefing of the Assignment and Clarification on the Terms of References. O Conduct Desk Review on Relevant Materials (Such as Curriculum Development, Training Slides, and Coaching Handbook) and Existing Training Materials if Any). O Develop and Conduct Tna and Present a Summary Report of the Tna Finding. O Design Lesson Plans or Course Outline and Handouts Building upon Results of the Desk Review and the Tna. O Provide Training to 15 25 Heifer CambodiaS Staff Members and/or HeiferS Acs Supervisory Committee Members. O Prepare and Submit a Post-Training Report after each Training. The Report should Include Observations and Recommendations Related to What Next Action/Commitment could be Made More Effectively, Efficiently and Sustainably.
