The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The City Hall In Piechowice, The Planned Scope Of Work Includes: Insulating The Rear External Wall Of The Building, With Window Pillars From The Outside With Graphite Polystyrene With A Coefficient Of (ʎ=0.031 [W/(M2k)]) 16 Cm Thick Using The Light-Wet Technology . Styrofoam Should Be Attached To The Substrate Using Adhesive Mass With The Addition Of Fasteners. The Finishing Of The Façade Walls Is Designed As A Layer Of Mineral Plaster On A Glass Mesh Base. Elevations In A Color Consistent With The Colors Of The Building Visible In The Graphic Part Of The Study. The Flat Wall Of The Facade Should Be Made Of Thin-Layer Facade Plaster Made Of Mineral Plaster. 3Mm. Drainage Within The Scope Of The Works To Be Performed Under The Subject Of The Order, New Downpipes Discharging Rainwater From The Roof Gutters Should Be Dismantled And Reinstalled. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes A Local Extension Of The Sheet Metal Eaves On The Façade, Due To The Thickening Of The Façade By The Thickness Of The Insulation. Facades - Before Starting To Insulate The External Walls, You Should: - Remove The Elements That Were Used To Attach The Antenna Mast And All Elements Of Inactive Installations, - On All Walls From The Outside, Apply Plaster Coatings To The Load-Bearing Layer And Prime It Twice With A Deeply Penetrating Preparation. The Front Wall Has Many Decorations In The Form Of Cornices, Window Bands And Linear Profiles. - Remove The Existing, Incomplete Lightning Protection Installation. - Arrange A New Designed Lightning Protection Installation In The Insulating Pipes And Install Test Clamp Control Cabinets With Dimensions Of 155X110x70mm At A Height Of 0.9 M Above The Ground Level (Details Lightning Protection Installation In The Industry Study Of Electrical Installations). The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Covering The Upper Parts Of The Front Facade And One Side Facade With Boards. The Subject Of The Order Should Include Architectural Details Of The Facade Finishing (Cornices, Rustications, Window Treatments), According To Façade Design. Technical Description Of The Lightning Protection Installation And Surge Protection. The Service Building Has Been Classified As A Class Iv Lightning Protection System. The Main Horizontal Air Terminals Should Be Made Of Dfe/Zn F 8 Galvanized Steel Wire Mounted On Roof Covering Supports. The Spacing Between The Supports Should Not Exceed 1.5 M.
