Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of Rural Community Centers In The Połaniec Commune

1. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of Rural Community Centers In The Połaniec Commune In The Following Towns: Rybitwy, Ruszcza Kępa, Maśnik, Ruszcza, Zdzieci Stare, Zdzieci Nowe, Zrębin, Kamieniec, Wymysłów, Okrągła, Rudniki, Brzozowa, Tursk Mały, Winnica And Łęgu. As Part Of The Task, The Following Works Will Be Performed In The Above-Mentioned Buildings, Including: Replacement Of Roofing, Insulation Of External Partitions, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Replacement Of Radiators, Renovation Works: Walls, Floors, Stairs, Replacement Of Lighting Installations, Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations , Installation: Air Conditioners, Monitoring. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Task, Community Centers Will Be Equipped With, Among Others: Equipment: Household Appliances, Computer, Etc. 2. Attached Designs - Constitute The Basis For Estimating The Works. 3. The Attached Scope Of Works - Only Supplement The Above-Mentioned Projects. 4. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works By Stwiorb, Annex 5. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Materials And Devices Other Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming That These Materials And Devices Correspond To Those Described By The Ordering Party. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalence Should Be Demonstrated, In Particular, By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Provision Resulting From Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment Provided That It Will Ensure The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Will Not Cause The Risk Of Non-Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Design Documentation. 9. This Order Is Co-Financed From External Funds Under The Measure Basic Services And Village Renewal In Rural Areas Covered By The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020. Additional Requirements: 10. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Inspection Before Preparing The Offer, Provided That The Preparation Of The Offer Is Possible Without An On-Site Inspection. 11. Together With The Swz, The Ordering Party Provides All Documentation Necessary To Complete The Order, Therefore It Is Not Possible Or Necessary For The Contractor To Check It At The Ordering Partys Office. 12. The Contractor Will Dispose Of The Dismantled Demolition Materials At His Own Expense, With The Exception Of Dismantled Windows And Doors - The Contractor Will Deposit Them In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Within 10 Km.13. When Pricing The Equipment, The Parameters Specified In The Equipment Parameters Appendix Should Be Taken Into Account. 14. Required Warranty Period And Warranty Period For Construction Works And Materials Used For These Works - Min. 60 Months And Max. 84 Months. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works, Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol. 24 Months For Purchased Equipment And Supplies.
