The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of Current Surfaces Of Municipal And District Roads In The City Of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski In The Scope Of Filling Defects, Transverse And Longitudinal Cracks, Cracks, Unevenness And Collapses. The Work Technology Provides For Repairs To Mineral And Bituminous Surfaces: Using A Hot-Covered Mineral-Bituminous Mixture (From A Paving Machine), Using A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture From A Recycler, Using The Method Of Surface Consolidation With Emulsion And Grits, And With Poured Asphalt. Surface Repairs Will Be Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis During The Term Of The Contract Based On Reviews Of The Technical Condition, During Which Repair Locations And Work Technology Will Be Determined.2. Guidelines And Conditions Related To The Subject Of The Order: - Inspections Of The Technical Condition Of Road Surfaces Will Be Carried Out At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, - A Vehicle For The Purpose Of Detouring The Streets Will Be Provided By The Contractor, - The Contractor Begins The Renovation, After Notification And To The Extent Specified By The Ordering Partys Representative, In Accordance With The Deadline Declared In The Offer Commencement Of Works. Notifications Are Made By The Ordering Party On A Protocol Basis At The Renovation Site, By Telephone, E-Mail Or Orally By The Ordering Partys Representatives, - During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party May Additionally Order Urgent Renovations That Threaten The Safety Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic (E.G. Deep Defects Reaching The Road Base). These Renovations Must Be Completed Immediately After Receiving The Order, And At-Risk Areas Must Be Secured Until The Repairs Are Completed, Within 2 Hours. From Notification, Other Detailed Conditions Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Order, Conditions Of Control And Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified In The Conditions Of Execution Of The Works - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract
