1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Personal Protective Equipment, Clothing And Work Footwear For Employees Of The University Of Wroc aw. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Delivery Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template (Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 281(1)(7) Of The Act On Public Procurement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.4. The Order Is To Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Highest Quality Assortment, Brand New, Free From Physical Defects (It Cannot Have Any Damage Or Defects Affecting The Quality, Functionality And Aesthetics Of The Product; It Cannot Have Discoloration, Stains, Holes, It Cannot Rip Or Have Protruding Threads, Pulls Or Damage) Or Legal, Packaging In Intact Condition, Meeting The Parameters And Type Described By The Ordering Party.7. The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Order Offered By Him Meets All Applicable Legal Safety Standards, Polish And European Union Regulations.8. The Demand Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order During The Period Of Validity Of This Contract Is Estimated And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Subject Of The Contract With The Right To Reduce The Value Of The Contract Without The Contractors Right To Claim Penalties, Damages Or Other Amounts Due In This Respect. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Use Of 60% Of The Gross Contract Value.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Shift The Quantity And Product Range Within The Concluded Contract In Relation To The Quantity And Product Range Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That The Total Value Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Does Not Exceed The Gross Value Of The Contract.10. The Assortment Must Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Must Have Valid Certificates In Polish. 11. Clothing Sizes Must Be Agreed Upon When The Ordering Party Submits A Request.12. Delivery Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors Transport, At His Expense And Risk, Within The Time Specified In The Submitted Offer. 13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Pack The Goods Uniformly And Deliver Them To The Ordering Party According To The Principle: One Product In One Package.
