1. The Subject Of The Order Are The Following Services: Maintenance Of High Greenery In The Road Lane Of District Roads In The Piła District In 2024.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Maintenance Of Greenery In The Right-Of-Way Of District Roads In The Piła District. The Order Provides For The Maintenance Of District Roads In Nine Communes: Piła, Łobżenica, Ujście, Wyrzysk, Wysoka, Białośliwie, Kaczory, Miasteczko Krajeńskie, Szydłowo In The Piła District, Including Suburban And Urban Roads. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Cutting Down Bushes With A Diameter Of Up To 50 Cm (Diameter Measured At The Ground) And Their Cleaning; 2) Cutting Down Trees With A Trunk Circumference From 50 Cm To 400 Cm (Circumference Measured At 1.3 M In Height);3) Cutting Down Trees With A Trunk Circumference Over 400 Cm (Circumference Measured At 1.3 M In Height);4) Correcting The Tree Crown By 1/3 (Using A Lift) Along With Clearing The Branches;5) Pruning The Tree To A Height Road Gauge (4.5 M) Along With Regrowth At The Ground And Clearing Away Branches;6) Milling The Trunk Of The Cut Tree To The Roadside Level;7) Planting Trees (Common Species) With A Trunk Circumference Of 8-11 Cm Along With Staking (2 Stakes) Pcs. Ø 4 Cm/250 Cm);8) Tree Plantings (Common Species) With A Trunk Circumference Of 12-14 Cm Including Staking (2 Pcs. Stakes Ø 4 Cm/250 Cm);9) Tree Plantings (Common Species) With A Trunk Circumference Of 15-16 Cm With Ties (2 Pcs. Stakes, Ø 4 Cm/250 Cm). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order With Due Care, In Accordance With The Detailed Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Respect.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Preparatory And Cleaning Works And Manage Waste Generated During The Work.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase From The Ordering Party And Manage On Its Own The Wood Obtained From Felling At The Net Price Specified In Resolution No. 872.2023 Of The Piła County Board Of February 8, 2023 On Determining The Sales Prices Of Wood From The Felling Of Roadside Trees: 1) Wood From Hard Deciduous Species (Oak, Maple, Elm, Acacia, Hornbeam, Birch, Ash) - Pln 149.00/M³;2) Wood From Coniferous Species - Pln 120.00/M³;3) Wood From Soft Deciduous Species (Poplar , Willow, Linden) – Pln 119.00/M³. Goods And Services Tax Will Be Added To The Above Prices, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Report On The Measurement Of The Harvested Wood Mass And Submit It For Approval To The Committee Of The District Road Administration In Piła.7. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Each Time Upon Request, As Needed. The Expected Scope Of Work Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form. The Quantities Indicated In The Offer Form Are Estimated Quantities And Are Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare The Submitted Offers And Select The Contractor.8. All Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Written Orders Issued By The Director Or An Authorized Employee Of The District Road Administration In Piła, Which Will Each Time Indicate The Place Of Work, Their Scope And Completion Date. The Minimum Delivery Time Will Be Up To 21 Days From The Date Of Issuing The Written Order, Subject To Point 3.9. Swz. 9. In Emergency Situations, In The Event Of A Threat To Health And Life In Road Traffic, Oral Orders Are Allowed And Must Be Immediately Confirmed In Writing. In The Above Situations, The Contractor Will Commence The Work In Accordance With The Response Time Specified In The Offer (Response Time Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers - In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).10. The Scope Of Work Specified In Each Order Is Subject To A Protocol Acceptance. Readiness To Accept Completed Works Should Be Reported To The District Road Administration In Piła. The Work Will Be Accepted By The Committee Of The District Road Administration In Piła Within 14 Days From The Date Of Notification Of Readiness For Acceptance By The Contractor. Carrying Out The Work Also Involves Tidying Up The Area Where The Work Was Carried Out, I.E. Removing Wood, Excavated Material, Removing Or Chopping Bushes/Branches. It Is Allowed To Set A Longer Deadline For Clearing Up Branches Or Debris.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Public Traffic On Roads While Performing The Works Covered By The Order.12. The Contractor Should Have Vertical Signs And Other Safety Devices For The Duration Of The Works In Order To Mark The Works Covered By The Order In Accordance With The Regulations. The Cost Of Securing Signs And Devices, As Well As Their Dismantling, Should Be Included In The Offer Price.13. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All The Requirements Specified In The Environmental Protection Regulations.14. Comments Regarding The Quality Of Work Performed By The Director Or Employee Of The District Road Administration In Piła Should Be Removed On An Ongoing Basis, But No Later Than Within 14 Days From The Date Of Reporting.15. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Guarantee For The Plantings For A Period Of 24 Months, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract.16. The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order: - Operating A Petrol Chainsaw, - Operating A Petrol Chainsaw At Height, - Driver Of A Category C Car. Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Ordering Partys Rights In The Scope Of Control Of The Contractors Compliance With The Above Requirements And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract.17. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Pzp.18 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.
