The Purpose Of The Mixed Contract Is The Contract For “Design, Construction And Operation Of The Desalination System In The Algarve Region”, Including Activities Related To The Preparation Of All Written And Drawn Parts Of The Execution Project Of The “Work” To Be Carried Out, Including Detail Drawings (Assembly And Construction) And Projects Of All Specialties Involved (Civil Construction, Marine Work, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Equipment And Instrumentation, Electrical Installations, Automation And Supervision, Architecture, The Health And Safety Plan ( Pss), The Environmental Management Plan (Pga), The Construction And Demolition Waste Prevention And Management Plan (Ppgrcd), Among Others. It Also Includes The Preparation Of The Elements To Be Delivered In The Recape Phase, As Described In The System Dia Of Desalination In The Algarve Region And The Implementation And Observance Of The Measures Contained In The Dia, Both During The Construction Phase And During The “Start-Up” Phase Of The Installation And Until Its Provisional Reception, In Accordance With The Specifications, Namely Those Mentioned For Licensing Or Authorization Of The Project, As Well As Those Presented In The Recape Phase. The Mixed Contract Also Includes The Exploration Phase Of The Desalination System In The Algarve Region.
