The Subject Of The Service Includes The Complete, Turnkey And Operational Production And Handover Of The Data Center Including Planning, In Particular Design And Execution Planning, As Well As Construction, Assembly And Construction, Commissioning, Trial Operation, As-Built Documentation As Well As Maintenance And Support In Accordance With The Service Description (Appendix L- 01 Including All Appendices)). The Operational Responsibility Of The Rz-Neu Lies With The Client. If The Contract Is Awarded, The Contractual Conditions For General Contractor Services, Which Are Also Attached To The Tender Documents (Appendix V-01 Of The Tender Documents), Including All Appendices, Apply To The Order Processing. Suggestions For Changes To The Contractual Conditions Can Be Submitted Or Negotiated In The Tender Process.
