The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Series Of 12 Webinars On Mental Health And Other Health Problems As Part Of The Project Entitled: Reducing Social Inequalities In Health Through The Use Of Telemedicine And E-Health Solutions, Implemented Under The Health Program Co-Financed By The Norwegian Financial Mechanism For Years 2014-2021. 2.2. The Department Of Innovation At The Ministry Of Health Is Implementing A Project Co-Financed By The Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 And The State Budget, The Aim Of Which Is To Develop 7 Telemedicine Models In The Areas Of: Cardiology, Geriatrics, Psychiatry (Including Mental Health), Obstetrics, Diabetology, Palliative Care, Diseases Chronic. 2.3. Webinars Conducted By Medical Specialists Are Intended To Increase The Level Of Knowledge Of Doctors And Patients In The Field Of Prevention And Treatment Of Selected Diseases, And At The Same Time Contribute To Achieving The Main Goal Of The Health Program. 2.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Containing All Requirements And Conditions For The Execution Of The Order, Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2.5. Pursuant To Art. 257 And 310 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Public Procurement Procedure If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Have Not Been Granted To It. 2.6. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu). 2.7. In Accordance With The Guidelines For Awarding Contracts Under The Eea Financial Mechanism For 2014-2021 And The Norwegian Financial Mechanism For 2014-2021, The Ordering Party Informs About The Prohibition Of Awarding Contracts To Entities With Capital Or Personal Links With The Ministry Of Health. Order Completion Date The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until April 20, 2024. If The Order Is Not Possible, The Deadline Indicated Above May Be Extended. Such Solutions Are Always Decided By The Ordering Party And Described In The Opz
