The Offer Must Include All Additional Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Scope Of The Task Covered By The Bill Of Quantities, Such As E.G. Preparation The Work Area, Organization Of Work Facilities, Tidying Up The Area After The Work Is Completed And Securing It During The Work Until The Investment Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party.4. The Quality Of Materials And Works Should Be Examined And Monitored On An Ongoing Basis During The Execution Of The Works And After Completion (If Applicable). The Results Of All Tests And Inspections Should Be Included In The Protocols Attached To The Acceptance Documentation. The Cost Of Testing And Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor.5. The Works Must Be Made Of Materials Provided By The Contractor In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Contractors Obligation Is To Provide The Required, Up-To-Date Approvals And Certificates Of All Materials And Devices Used. 6. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Provided Such A Description In Order To Determine The Minimum Parameters That The Products Must Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products Provided That The Subject Of The Offer Is Functionally Identical And As Close As Possible In Terms Of Structure, Materials And Dimensions To The Sample Products. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A List Of Substitute/Equivalent Materials/Goods Along With Their Parameters.2) If The Swz Uses Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. During Construction Works, The Contractor Must Secure The Work Area And Provide Access To The Rooms In The Building.10.
