CouncilS New Civic Administration Building Will Be Completed In Late March 2025. Council Lease The Entire Building And Seek A Café Operator Who Will Become A Sub-Tenant To Council (Subject To Landlord Approval). The Opportunity Includes Incentives By Way Of Contribution To The Café Fitout And Flexible Commercial Terms To Enhance The Feasibility Of The Operation.
