Tenders are invited for Construction of 8 Affordable Housing Units at Mont Plaisir -Grand Anse Praslin Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossiers can be Obtained from Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (Sia) at the Ministry of Land and Housing (Mlh) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House and Ministry of Land and Housing Office, 1st Floor Pension Fund Building Grand Anse Praslin as of Friday 09th February 2024 from 9:00 2:00pm upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Sr 500.00 each and Deadline Date for Obtaining the Dossier shall be on Thursday 15thfebruary 2024 not Later than 12:00 Pm. Potential Bidders shall Provide a Copy of the Valid License, and the Business Registration Number / Ninand a Copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon Purchase of the Tender Dossier.
