The Subject Of The Order Is*: 1.1 The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Renewal Of The Software Subscription In The Scope Of The Manufacturers Provision Of A 12-Month** Software Subscription & Support Service For The Software Owned By The Ordering Party, I.E. From July 1, 2024 To 30 June 2025 With Continuity For Previous Periods Of Providing The Software Subscription & Support Service, Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Renewal Of The Software Manufacturers Subscription With Respect To The Provision Of The Software Subscription & Support Service By The Manufacturer; 1.2 Purchase By The Contractor For The Ordering Party Of A License For An Indefinite Period To Use The Taddm Software/Or Equivalent Software, Together With The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A 12-Month Period, I.E. From July 1, 2024 To June 30, 2025, Of The Services Software Subscription & Support; 1.3 Provision Of Consulting Services By The Contractor, On The Terms And Within The Scope Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, In A Minimum Number Of 180 Clock Hours And In A Maximum Number Of Up To 800 Clock Hours In The Period Referred To In 1.1-1.2 Above 2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). *Definitions Of Terms Used With A Capital Letter Can Be Found In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. **The Software Subscription & Support Service For The Software Will Be Provided In The Period From July 1, 2024 To June 30, 2025. In The Event That, Due To The Prolonged Public Procurement Procedure, It Is Not Possible To Conclude The Agreement Before July 1. 2024, The Agreement Will Be Concluded At A Later Possible Date, With The Period Of Provision Of The Software Subscription & Support Service Until June 30, 2025.
