Bidder Requirements 1. The Award Ceremony Enjoys Great Public Attention And Counts Well-Known People From Science, Business And Politics, In Particular The Federal President, Among Its Guests. It Is Therefore The Dbus Absolute Requirement That The Event Runs Smoothly. In Order To Meet These Requirements, The Contractor Should Have A High Level Of Specialist And Technical Expertise As Well As A High Level Of Improvisation Skills In Order To Also Be Able To Cope With Unforeseen Situations 2. Interested Parties Must Therefore Meet The Following Suitability Requirements In Particular: A) Demonstrable, Long-Standing Experience Experience In The Conception, Organization And Implementation Of Top-Class Specialist And/Or Festive Events In Live Television Quality (In The Sense Of The German Environmental Prize), Such As Annual Conferences, Party Conferences, Etc.) B) Experience In The Creative Design Of Stage Programs With Sound And Lighting Design As Well With Films, Clips, Images And Animations C) Demonstrable Practical Experience In The Specific Planning And Implementation Of Green Meeting Events D) Experience In Dealing With Representatives Of Society Under The Highest Security Levels, Very Good Knowledge Of The German Political And Social System And Its System Representatives (Protocol Experience). --- Annual Implementation Of The Event Process: 1. Attachment Tw11 Contains A Schedule With All The Necessary Steps From The Initial Preliminary Planning To The Completion Of The Event. This Serves As An Initial Orientation To The Service Delivery Process. 2. The Planned Venues For The Awarding Of The German Environmental Prize Can Be Found In Annex Tw09. Subject To Short-Term Changes. 3. The Duration Of The Event Is 3 Days: - Friday (From 6:00 A.M.) And Saturday: Setup And Rehearsals - Sunday (Until Midnight): Event And Dismantling - The Setup And Dismantling Times May Include Rest Periods Of 10:00 P.M. To 6:00 A.M. Must Be Observed, During Which No Noisy Work Is Allowed --- Preparation: 1. In Advance Of The Event, The Coordination And Planning Of All Adjustments Necessary For The Specific Stage Design To The Respective Event Location (Artistic, Technical And Organizational Adjustments) Must Be Carried Out And To Coordinate With The Dbu. 2. Two On-Site Appointments Are Usually Required Each Year To Prepare For The Event (Usually One Appointment In March And One Appointment In September). 3. 1St Appointment: At The First Appointment, The Agencys Overall Stage Manager And, If Applicable, The Director/Designer Of The Stage Design And, If Necessary, Other People Who Are Relevant For Preliminary Planning Are Required. The Aim Of The Appointment Is To Get To Know The Rooms Of The Respective Event Locations, Especially Those Of The Hall And The Stage, As Well As The Connection Options And Cable Routes. In Particular, The Spatial And Technical Requirements In The Stage Area Are Important
