The Building Has 5 Floors (Basement - 3Rd Floor) And A Technical Floor. Due To Its Age, There Are Deficits In The Building With Regard To Building Services, Fire Protection, Energy Balance, Etc., Which Are To Be Remedied During The Renovation. The Carpentry Work Takes Place Within The Overall Renovation Measure, Which Consists Of A Total Of 3 Construction Phases, In The 2Nd And 3Rd Construction Phases. The Carpentry Work Includes 66 Object Doors Including 16 Damp Room Doors, 25 Fire Protection/Smoke Protection Doors And 2 Interior Windows With Fire Protection Requirements. The Work Also Includes 10 Toilet Partition Systems, 6 Urinal Partitions And 9 Washbasin Systems. The Work Also Includes A Teaching Kitchen, A Bistro And A Tea Kitchen. The Tender Also Includes Built-In Furniture In The Learning Zones With Coat Racks And Interior Window Sills. The Work Is To Be Carried Out In The 2Nd Ba From June 10Th, 2024 To October 12Th, 2024, And In The 3Rd Ba From January 5Th, 2026 To June 29Th, 2026. The Work Will Take Place During The Individual Construction Phases, With The Exception Of School Holidays During School Operations.
