Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of a Vehicle for the CHISU Project General/Technical Requirements: a) Completed and signed Quotation form and Statement of Compliance as stated in Part D. The offeror may use their own quotation format but must provide all information as required in this Quotation Form and this Section. b) Proposed vehicles should comply with the minimum technical specifications and requirements as stated in Part C. c) Complete product description of each vehicle with make and model must be provided. Brochures highlighting the features and pictures of vehicles must be submitted. d) Specify country of manufacture/assembly. e) Submit a copy of manufacturers authorization as exclusive agents or distributors must be attached. Only manufacturers and/or their authorized distributors/ dealers with agents having a strong after sale and service network in Burundi are eligible to participate in the bidding. f) Submit appropriate documentation as evidence of your companys capacity for after sale service/ well-established service network in Burundi. g) Provide guarantee and warranty terms (must be internationally valid warranty, valid in Burundi through authorized representatives). h) Delivery Period: Number of weeks to deliver goods after the order is placed.
