Architectural Services For Buildings – New Construction Of The Neuhaus Fire Station - General Planning. Preamble: The Neuhaus Volunteer Fire Department Has Existed For Around 145 Years. Since Then, The Neuhaus Local Fire Department Has Been Available To Provide Security In The Surrounding Towns. Neuhaus Im Solling, Together With Fohlenplacken, Forms A District Of Holzminden. With 1,353 Inhabitants, Neuhaus Is The Largest Of The Three Solling Towns And Has A Base Fire Department. The Town Of Fohlenplacken Is Integrated Into The Town Of Neuhaus. The Town Of Mühlenberg With Around 102 Inhabitants Has A Fire Department With Basic Equipment. The Fire Department On Site Is Integrated Into The Neuhaus Fire Department. The Neuhaus Local Fire Brigade Currently Has Around 50 Active Members And Around 30 Young People (Youth Fire Brigade) And Around 15 Children (Childrens Fire Brigade). Reason For The Project And Project Goal: The Old Fire Station Of The Neuhaus Local Fire Department At Dölmeweg 7 No Longer Meets Todays Requirements, So That The Need For A New Building Or At Least One Renovation In Conjunction With A Significant Expansion Was Identified. Since An Expansion Or Renovation Of The Old Building Would Be Uneconomical, Politicians Decided To Build A New Fire Station Elsewhere. The City Of Holzminden, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Has Commissioned The Administration To Prepare And Carry Out The Tender And Award Process. The City Of Holzminden Therefore Intends To Build A New Fire Station With 942.75 M² Of Usable Space. The Construction Costs, Kgr 200 - 600, Are Estimated At Around 4 Million Euros. Further Information On The Required Rooms Can Be Found In The Attached Room Program. A Plot Of Land In Neuhaus Had Already Been Purchased In Advance As An Area For A Replacement Building. This Property Is Intended For The Construction Of A New Fire Station And For Possible Residential Development. How The Division Results Later Depends On The Design And Should Be Taken Into Account When Planning The Fire Station. On This Basis, A Coordinated Design Concept Was Developed And Approved By The City Council, Which Forms The Basis For The Planning And Implementation To Be Implemented.
