Tenders are invited for Construction of Motorable Access Road at Les Canelles, Anse Royale. Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Thursday 08th February, 2024 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday14thFebruary, 2024 at 1400Hrs. Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Thursday 15th February, 2024 at 10:45AM. The meeting place shall be at Anse Royale DAs Office Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process. Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
