Engineering Services – General Planner Sia 32-33 Including An Option Sia 41-53 For Gondo And Uw Serra Substations. This Tender Is Intended To Commission The Planning Services For The Two Substations “Uw Gondo” And “Uw Serra”. Swissgrid Replaces The Sas (Substation Automation System), The Secondary Technology, Communication And Builds A New Building Per Location In Accordance With Swissgrid Standards. In Addition, Swissgrid Is Unbundling The Secondary Technology, Building Its Own Auxiliary Systems And Implementing The Requirements For The Physical Protection Of The Substations. In Order To Optimize The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Resources Available In Swissgrid, Certain Services That Arise As Part Of The Planning, Preparation And Execution Of Projects Are Outsourced To External Service Providers.
