This Consultation Relates To The Concession Of The Public Service For The Production And Distribution Of Drinking Water For The Municipalities Of Deaux And Vézénobres. The Concessionaire Will Operate The Drinking Water Service At Its Own Risk. Management Of The Service Includes: - The Constant Supply To All Users Of Water Presenting The Chemical, Physical And Bacteriological Qualities Imposed By The Regulations In Force; - The Operation Of Drinking Water Collection, Production, Conveyance, Storage And Distribution Facilities So As To Ensure Continuity Of Service To Users; - Upkeep, Monitoring, Maintenance, Repairs And Renewal Of Equipment; - Carrying Out The Work Provided For In The Contract; - Maintaining The Inventory Of The Tangible And Intangible Assets Of The Service, The Collection And Use Of Information Relating To The Operation Of The Installations And The Execution Of The Service; - Managing Relations With Service Users And Associated Customer Management; - The Obligation To Invoice, Collect And Recover From Subscribers The Fee Due In Return For The Service Granted, Including Invoicing On Behalf Of Third Parties; - The Management Of Relations With The Community Including The Regular Provision And On Request Of All Information And Summaries On The Management And Technical And Financial Functioning Of The Service. The Volume Produced In 2022 Rose To 258,394 M3 And The Volume Withdrawn To 260,847 M3; - For The Distribution Of Drinking Water: 1 Semi-Buried Tank With A Capacity Of 500 M3 Associated With A Recovery Station Equipped With Gas Chlorination (Village, In The Commune Of Vézénobres); 1 Tank On Tower With A Capacity Of 310 M3; 49.95 Km Of Distribution Network; 1374 Meters/Connections; 8 Sectorization Flow Meters.
