This Agreement Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Outdoor Playground And Activity Equipment, Such As Swings, Slides, Playhouses, Sandboxes, Rocking Animals And Awnings. The Agreement Mainly Consists Of Playground Equipment. The Products And Requirements For This Are Described In More Detail In The Requirements Specification (Appendix 2), The Offer List (Appendix 3) And The Tender Conditions. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver Outdoor Playground And Activity Equipment That Includes, Among Other Things, The Following Product Groups: • Playground Equipment In Wood And Metal • Sails, Including Sun Sails And Year-Round Sails • Outdoor Fitness & Activity Equipment • Multitracks • Skate Equipment • Fall Mats The Agreement Consists Of Both Offer List Items And Other Assortments. For Other Assortments, The Competition Will Be Reopened Among The Suppliers On The Cascade Model, Which Is Described In More Detail In Section 3.1 "Description Of Offered Assortment" From The Tender Conditions And Section 4.1 In "Draft Framework Agreement". The Agreement Includes Direct Purchases On The Offer List Under Dkk 100,000.00. Purchases Of Other Assortments Outside The Offer List And Purchases Exceeding Dkk 100,000.00 Will Be Requested By Reopening The Competition Among The 3 Suppliers On The Cascade Model Of Outdoor Playground And Activity Equipment. In The Case Of Total Purchases Consisting Of Both Offer List Items And Other Assortments, The Ordering Party Can Freely Choose To Buy The Offer List Items On The Offer List And The Rest Through Reopening The Competition, Or To Request The Total Purchase Through Reopening The Competition Among The 3 Suppliers On The Cascade Model Of Outdoor Playground And Activity Equipment. Tasks That Include Major Installations And/Or Coating Of New Surfaces Will Be Tendered When The Competition Reopens. The Scope Of Delivery Is Determined By The Orders That Aarhus Municipality Places On An Ongoing Basis.
