The Sorter Chutes For The Ebs Warehouse, Inter-Sorter Connectors And Mcs Should Be Replaced With Chutes With Rollers Ensuring Smooth Baggage Transfer, A Solution To Be Approved By The Ordering Party. Sorter Inductions Should Have The Function Of Longitudinal Positioning Of Luggage In Relation To The Sorter Trays. Plcs Must Remain Redundant. The Sorter Positioning System Must Have Full Redundancy. The Sorter Must Have A Diagnostic Module And The Ability To Control Hmi. A Permanent Solution To Prevent Luggage From Falling Under The Trays, To Be Approved By The Ordering Party. Implementation Of The Additional Buffer Function For Mcs Stations On Lines Eb14 And Eb24. In The Case Of Parallel Inductions, A Solution Is Necessary To Prevent Luggage From Falling Out Between The Inductions. A Solution That Prevents Luggage From Falling From The Sorter, Which Must Minimize The Possibility Of Pieces Of Luggage Getting Stuck. All Service And Work Areas Must Be Equipped With Permanent Work Platforms On Both Sides. Critical Control Systems And Systems Responsible For The Sorters Operation Must Be Protected Against Mechanical Damage. The System Must Be Equipped With A Solution That Monitors The Correctness Of Luggage Arrangement On The Trays. The Throughput Of The Sorter Must Be No Less Than Currently (3,200 Bags/H). The Functionality Of The New System Must Be No Less Than The Current One.
