In Order To Achieve Autonomy And Freedom Of Method In The Choice Of Teaching Aids, A Use-Based Payment Model Is Necessary Where The Schools Get Access To All Products And Pay In Arrears According To Actual Use. Digital Teaching Aids And Learning Resources Comprise A Market That Is Constantly Developing. Traditional Approaches Do Little To Cover Schools Needs For Flexible Access To A Wide Range Of Teaching Aids. The Dynamic Purchasing Scheme Applies To The Ongoing Delivery Of Digital Teaching Aids (Independent Or As Part Of A Teaching Work/Learning Universe), Learning Resources, Resource Banks (News, Images, Films, Sound, Music, Etc.), Teacher Guides, Teacher Resources, Assignment/Test Collections And Mapping Tools With Associated Teacher Overview, Dictionaries, Etc. Which Are Delivered Over The Internet (Software-As-A-Service) For Teaching Purposes. The Agreement Also Covers Digital Books And Installed Apps With Feide Login For Educational Purposes. Diagnostic Tools, Which Require Special Expertise To Use, Are Not Covered. Digital Services, Which Only Have The Functionality To Deliver Learning Materials To Be Realized Physically, Are Also Not Covered. The Agreement Does Not Cover The Purchase Of Services That Do Not Have A Feide Login, Including Apps For Ipad That Are Sold Via The App Store / Apple School Manager.
