Due To Numerous Damages To The Roof Structure, This Area Needs To Be Renovated. First, The Existing Roof Coating, Including The Fall Protection Floor Structure, Green Roof And Sloped Screed, Is Demolished, Then The Drains Are Cleaned. All Old Play Equipment And Planters Will Be Disposed Of. To Enable Work On The Attic, The Glass Panels Are Removed From The Railing. In The Next Step, The Area Must Be Sealed Watertight And For Thermal Insulation. New Roof Drains Are Being Installed. New Play Equipment Can Be Mounted On The Completed Roof On Three Different Types Of Foundations (Steel, Plastic And Concrete). The Central Attraction Is The Pirate Ship With Masts, Climbing Opportunities And Slides. The Following Play Equipment Was Also Planned: A Climbing Tower, A Hanging Bridge, A Playhouse, Several Seesaws, An In-Ground Trampoline (Built Into An Elevation) And A Carousel. As Soon As The Play Equipment Is Positioned, Drainage Is Filled With Grit. Parts Of The Roof Are Made As A Green Roof In The Form Of Buckets Made Of L-Stones. The Plants Are Watered Using A Suitable Irrigation System. The Access Path Partly Consists Of Grating Panels And Wooden Planks (Promenade). The Remaining Area Is Covered With A Seamless Epdm Covering. The Colored Fall Protection Floor Creates A Sea Landscape Including Elevations Or Protruding Stones. The Whole Concept Is Supplemented By A Suitable Lighting Concept.
