1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation Of The Buildings Facade - Insulation Of The Kindergarten Building At 62 Kruszyn, Plot No. 193/2. Scope Of Work:A) Demolition And Earthworksb) Preparation Of The Groundc) Building Plinthd) Insulation Of The Facadee) Painting Of The Facadef) Insulation Of The Floor And Atticconditions Of Workconduct The Work In Rainless Weather And At A Ground And Ambient Temperature Not Lower Than +5 °C And Not Higher Than + 30°C. During The Work, The Façade Should Be Covered And Protected Against The Effects Of Precipitation, Strong Wind And Direct Sunlight - Covers Made Of Dense Mesh Are Recommended For Scaffolding. Insulation Works Should Be Carried Out In Dry Conditions (Without Precipitation, With Relative Air Humidity Below 80%). Substrate Preparation General Recommendations Before Starting The Work, Assess The Technical Condition Of The Subfloor And, Based On This, Decide On The Method And Scope Of Surface Preparation. During The Works, Remove Elements That Make It Difficult To Tightly Adhere The Thermal Insulation Boards And Apply The Finishing Layer On Them. An Additional Layer Of Insulation Will Increase The Thickness Of The Walls, So It Will Be Necessary To Increase The Reach Of Flashings, Downpipe Anchors, Etc. Windows And Doors Should Be Protected Against Dirt With Foil During The Works. Requirements For The Substratethe Substrate Should Be Seasoned, Load-Bearing, Stable, Even And Clean And Dry. Prime Absorbent Substrates With Atlas Uni-Grunt, Smooth And Non-Absorbent Substrates (Concrete) With Atlas Cerplast. The Substrate Should Be Even To The Extent That It Is Easy To Place The Plane Created By The Glued Thermal Insulation Layer On The Walls. Clean The Surface Of Layers That May Weaken The Adhesion Of Mortars, Dust, Loose And Crumbling Fragments. Attention! Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Proper Assessment And Preparation Of Substrates With Problematic Load-Bearing Capacity, E.G. Finished With Glass Mosaic, Glazed Brick, Covered With Paint Coatings, Etc. If In Doubt, Perform An Adhesion Test Using The Pull-Off Method (Tensile Strength Should Be Above 0.08Mpa) Or By Gluing 8-10 Styrofoam Samples Measuring 10 X 10 Cm And Tearing Them Off After 3 Days. The Use Of An Insulation System On Buildings With Sandwich Reinforced Concrete Walls Should Always Be Preceded By A Thorough Assessment Of Their Technical Condition. This Applies To Both The Technical Condition Of Metal Connectors (Hangers, Pins, Rods) And The Way They Are Connected And Cooperate With The Wall Elements. Installation Of Skirting Boardsinsulation Can Be Started By Attaching The Skirting Boards. The Strips Provide An Assembly Support For The First Row Of Boards, Make It Easier To Maintain An Even Level Of Subsequent Layers, Strengthen The Lower Edge Of The System, And The Drip Formed On The Lower Edge Prevents Water Stains. The Strip Should Be Mounted Horizontally On The Buildings Plinth, No Lower Than 30 Cm Above The Ground Level, Which Provides Protection Against Rising Damp, And Also Protects Against Dirt - Mud Particles Carried By Raindrops Bouncing Off The Ground. Fixing Thermal Insulation. Sticking Polystyrene Boards. In The Case Of On Even Surfaces, You Can Use A 12 Mm Notched Trowel To Apply The Mortar - The Glue Is Then Applied Directly To The Board And Not To The Substrate. The Adhesive Mortar Applied To The Board Should Cover At Least 40% Of Its Surface (After Pressing The Board To The Surface - At Least 60%). Start Gluing The Thermal Insulation From The Corner Of The Building. The First Row Of Boards Is Attached By Resting It On The Starting Strip, The Next Rows Are Attached By Tying The Joints In The So-Called Brick In The Plane Of The Wall And In The Corners Of The Building. It Is Unacceptable For The Edges Of Thermal Insulation Boards To Overlap With The Edges Of The Corners Of Openings On The Facade. After Applying The Mortar, Place The Board On The Substrate, Pushing It Tightly Against The Already Glued Boards And Press Down, Remembering To Check The Surfaces With A Spirit Level. If The Adhesive Mortar Squeezes Out Beyond The Outline Of The Board, It Should Be Removed. If Gaps Are Found Between Adjacent Boards, It Is Recommended To Fill Them With Appropriately Cut Styrofoam Strips, Or With Low-Expansion Polyurethane Foam. Grinding The Surface Of Insulating Boards. The Surface Of Insulating Boards After They Are Attached To The The Substrate Should Be Even, So After The Mortar Fixing The Boards Has Set (After Approx. 24 Hours), You Can Start Sanding Their Surface With A Grater Or A Trowel Covered With Thick Sandpaper. Any Faults In The Edges Of The Slabs Are Then Eliminated. The Profiles Are Installed In All Special Places On The Facade, Such As: Corners, Jambs, Window Sills, Etc. These Profiles Can Also Be Attached Simultaneously With Embedding The Mesh In The Reinforced Layer Of The System. Reinforcing The Corners Of Window And Door Openings. Additional Strips Of Reinforcing Mesh Should Be Glued In The Corners Of All Window And Door Openings. In The Form Of Rectangles With Dimensions Of 20 X 35 Cm, Embedded In Atlas Stopter K-20 Or Atlas Hoter U Adhesive Mortar. The Strips Should Be Glued Diagonally, At An Angle Of 45° To The Lines Marked By The Edges Of The Jambs. Mechanical Fasteningfor Fastening Using Mechanical Connectors With A Pin Plastic Installation Can Begin Approximately 24 Hours After Gluing The Boards. Detailed Information On The Number Of Fasteners, Their Length, Anchoring Depth And Arrangement Should Be Specified In The Technical Design Of The Insulation, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Dowel Manufacturers. Preparation Of The Reinforced Layerthe Construction Of The Reinforced Layer Can Be Started No Earlier Than 3 Days After Fixing The Boards. For This Purpose, Adhesive Mortar Is Applied To The Glued Thermal Insulation Boards And Then Profiled With A Notched Trowel With A Tooth Size Of 10-12 Mm. Spread The Adhesive In Vertical Strips With A Width Slightly Larger Than The Width Of The Mesh Used. Then, Starting From The Top, Subsequent Strips Of Reinforcing Mesh Are Applied To The Prepared Layer And Embedded In Glue In Several Places Along The Entire Length. Adjacent Mesh Strips Must Be Laid With An Overlap Of Min. 10 Cm Both Vertically And Horizontally, And At The Corners Min. 15 Cm. The Overlaps Of The Mesh Must Not Coincide With The Joints Between The Thermal Insulation Boards. After Applying The Mesh, It Should Be Thoroughly Embedded In The Adhesive Layer. In Order To Evenly Embed The Mesh, The Adhesive Is Squeezed Out From Above With A Slightly Inclined Trowel Towards The Center Of The Mesh Strip Sideways. A Properly Embedded Mesh, As Tensile Reinforcement, Should Be Completely Invisible From Under The Adhesive Surface And Should Not Be In Direct Contact With The Surface Of The Boards. Preparation Of The Facade Plaster. The Outer Layer Of The System Can Be Made Of Thin-Layer Plaster Or Thin-Layer Plaster Painted With Facade Paint. The Finishing Layer Can Be Applied Approximately Three Days After Applying The Reinforced Layer. All Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technology Described In The Technical Data Sheets Of Individual Products. Painting Of The Facadepainting Of The Buildings Facade According To One Of The Adopted Technologies.
