The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Successive Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Hazardous And Non-Hazardous Industrial Waste With The Following Codes And Quantities: 07 02 08* - Other Post-Distillation And Post-Reaction Residues (Composition: Liquid Contaminated Acetone. Solid Remaining From The Distillation Of Acetone In Form Of Pieces Of Solidified Epoxy Resin Composition With Hardener) – 2.5 Mg/Year. 07 02 17 - Waste Containing Silicones Other Than Those Mentioned In 07 02 16. (Composition: Solid In The Form Of Two-Component Silicone) – 15 Mg/Year. 12 01 05 - Waste From Turning And Smoothing Of Plastics (Composition: Solid In The Form Of Broken, Crushed Technological Waste Of Glass-Epoxy Products, Hardened Glass Fiber Soaked In A Resin Composition) - 50 Mg/Year. 12 01 09* - Waste Emulsions And Solutions From Metal Processing Not Containing Halogens (Composition: Used Coolant, Which Includes Tall Oil Acid, Compounds With Ethanolamine, Boric Acid, Amides, Ethanol, C12-C15 Ethoxylated Alcohols) - 0.2 Mg /Year. 15/01/10* - Packaging Containing Residues Of Hazardous Substances (Composition: Steel Sheet Packaging 200 Dm³, Hobok, Canister, Containing Residues Of Substances Classified As Hazardous - Residues Of Epoxy Resins, Hardeners, Paints) - 0.5 Mg/Year. 15 01 11*Metal Packaging Containing Dangerous Porous Structural Reinforcement Elements (E.G. Asbestos), Including Empty Pressure Containers (Mainly Empty Containers Of Spray Products) – 0.1 Mg/Year. 15 02 02* - Sorbents, Filter Materials (Including Oil Filters Not Included In Other Groups), Wiping Fabrics (Rags, Cloths) And Protective Clothing Contaminated With Hazardous Substances (E.G. Pcb) - 7 Mg/Year. 16 03 05* - Organic Waste Containing Hazardous Substances (Composition: Liquid With An Irritating Odor - Hydrocarbons, Aliphatic Amines, Acid Anhydrides, Silicones). Remains Of Substances And Mixtures Not Used In Technological Tests And Expired Substances Of Mixtures Intended For The Production Process) - 0.1 Mg/Year. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Lease Of One Container With A Capacity Of 36 M3. Waste With Code 12 01 05 Will Be Stored In The Container. In Order To Selectively Collect Waste, The Contractor Will Provide (Lease) To The Ordering Party 15 Containers With A Capacity Of 1 M3 Each, For Current Storage Of Waste With Codes 15 02 02* And 07 02 17. Containers In Quantity 15 Pieces Must Be Available At The Ordering Partys Premises Continuously, I.E. When The Contractor Receives The Full Number Of Containers Indicated By The Ordering Party In The E-Mail Notification, The Contractor Will Provide The Same Number Of Empty Containers. The Frequency Of Waste Collection Will Depend On The Amount Of Waste Collected By The Ordering Party. Waste Collection From The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors Specialized Transport, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Transport Of Industrial/Hazardous Waste. Waste Collection Will Be Made After The Ordering Party Notifies The Contractor By E-Mail, Within Three Business Days From The Date Of Notification. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Waste From The Ordering Party From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M., Monday To Friday. The Ordering Party Will Properly Sort, Secure And Prepare The Waste Submitted For Collection For Transport. Loading Will Be The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party, Together With The Waste Intended For Export And Management, Will Provide The Contractor With Documentation That Meets The Requirements Of Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Appropriate Entries In The Bdo Register On An Ongoing Basis Regarding The Waste Transfer Card Issued By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Kpo, Completed Takeover And Confirmed Transport.
