The Gulf Of Lava Is Located On The Edge Of The Sage Perimeter And In Direct Proximity To The Natura 2000 Sites. With The Increase In Visitors And Pleasure Craft, A Significant Number Of “Wild” Or “Fairground” Anchorages Have Taken Place On This Site ( 195 Buoys Recorded). These Anchorages Contribute To The Degradation Of Marine Habitats And In Particular Of The Posidonia Meadow (Protected Species). In Order To Be Able To Respond To This Increasing Number Of Visitors While Preserving The Natural Environment, Capa Has Led A Project To Create A Mooring And Light Equipment Zone (Zmel). This Zmel Can Accommodate 141 Boats Installed At The Dock. As A Result, 180 Anchoring Systems, Including Those For The Zmel Marking, Adapted To Marine Habitats Are Installed On The Site: 114 Dead Bodies In The Sandy Areas And 66 Screw Anchors In The Cymodocea Herbarium Areas.
